Diva Roti Jala with Beef Curry

Hmm.. I love eating roti jala with curry but the process of making the roti jala itself requires some elbow grease. But, eating it makes everything worthwhile.

Dip in the curry

Diva Roti Jala with Beef Curry

Roti Jala:
2 cups flour
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 egg
A dash of salt
Enough water to make the batter watery enough to go through the acuan roti jala

Beef or chicken curry

1. Prepare the batter.
2. Heat a nonstick pan and grease it with a little bit of oil.
3. Pour some batter through the acuan, let each side cook for 30 seconds and when it's cook, transfer it onto a plate and make a triangle out of it. Don't make it too thick.
4. Finish all the batter. Serve hot with curry at the side.
