Assalamualaikum and hello readers. It's been half a year since my last post. Super busy with my hectic life. I just gave birth to a very healthy preemie Daria Basharah Buna last 15 May 2013. I will write a post on my newest addition in our family. But right now, I would like to share with you an easy recipe that can be made in 15 minutes or more, depending on how many you make. It's yummy, simple, cheap and most importantly, the kids would love it and suitable for their ration to school.
Diva Sardine Roll and Sausage Roll.
Bread (1 loaf) - add more if needed
Sardine (1 can, Smiling Fish brand is the best) - stir fry with onion and chillies
Sausage - quantity depends on how many you want
2 eggs (add more if needed) - whisk briefly in a bowl
2 tbsp flour mix with enough water, not too light not too thick, to paste the bread
1. With a rolling pin, roll the bread to make it thin and flat, but don't roll it too hard or the bread will break.
2. Put one tablespoon of the sardine in the middle and roll the bread and paste it with the flour mixture.
3. Dip inside the egg batter but don't soak it or else it will become too soagy.
4. Deep fry til light brown.
5. The same process goes with the sausage. One sausage in one piece of bread.
6. Serve immediately.

Diva Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcake
I made these yummy creamy cupcakes for our tea break. I made a dozen for each batch and by the time I baked the second batch, 10 cupcakes had been eaten by the children. It is surely a hit! I googled the recipe but the original recipe calls for oil and water but I substitute it with butter and milk to make it more creamier.
Diva Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcake
Ingredients:
Cream cheese filling:
250gm cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1. Beat all the ingredients till creamy. Put aside.
Cupcakes:
1/2 butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1. Beat butter and sugar.
2. Add in milk. Mix well.
3. Add in flour, baking powder, chocolate chips and cocoa powder. Mix well.
4. Ready the cups on the cupcake tray. This cupcake batter is not runny and you can easily scoop 1 tbsp cupcake batter and 1 tbsp cream cheese filling. Bake for about 20-25 minutes in 180 degrees celsius oven. I use my microwave using the baking cookies auto menu.

Sirloin steak with grilled potato, tomatao and asparagus with creamy beef steak rosemary sauce Diva style.
I made this for our lunch today, with my 6 months old AIFA by ELBA stove. The recipe is very easy and you can just throw any vegetables that you want to suit your taste. The sauce of course can be easily bought in packets, just add in cream to make it creamier. I bought most of the imported stuff such as the seasoning, herb and walnut oil from Supa Save, Seria, Brunei DS.
Sirloin steak with grilled potato, tomatao and asparagus with creamy beef steak rosemary sauce Diva style.
Ingredients:
Sirloin steak, cut into desired sizes
Potato
Asparagus
Tomato
Any brand of beef steak sauce
Cream
Robertson's Texan sizzling steak seasoning
MasterFoods's Garlic and Herb salt
Butter
Walnut Oil
1. Rub the sirloin steak with Texan sizzling salt and marinate it for about an hour or 2.
2. Rub the potatoes, asparagus and tomato with butter and the Masterfood's Garlic and Herb salt. Leave it for 1/2 hour then grill it in the oven, according to your oven's grill temperature for vegetables.
3. After 1 hour, pan fry the steak with hot fire for about 3 minutes each side then transfer it to the oven. Sizzle with a little bit of walnut oil or olive oil before you grill it. Grill it till cook to your likeness; rare, medium, well done.
4. For the sauce, cook according to the instruction per packet but add cream into it to make it creamier and season well to perfection. I use Maggi's Cukup Rasa.
5. Assemble all in a plate and ready to be serve.

Baby no.7
This is my 7th pregnancy (suppose to be my eighth pregnancy because I had a miscarriage with baby no.2) but I have a very funny story related to this newest addition of my brood.
My first day of period on September was on the 26th. It was heavy because I'm still breastfeeding Desheya and it stopped after 6 days. But a day later, I notice some spotting, which is brownish in color. It doesn't have any smell and I assumed that it was due to my breastfeeding hormone. It continued for a week.
So, after 2 weeks of the first day of my period, I started to feel lightheaded, dizzy and nausea. I blamed it on my blood pressure because when I checked my BP using the Guardian's blood pressure monitor, it reads 103/75. Then, I started to feel the urge to go to the toilet to pee almost every time and it is accompanied by pain at the lower abdomen! I was so scared that I started to think that I'm having either diabetes or kidney problem! I googled every where and I feel so devastated. Finally, on my birthday (17th October 2012), that is about 3 weeks after my first day of period, I told my husband about my situation and guess what? He calmly replied,"Maybe you're pregnant." I denied it because it wasn't impossible because of my current period situation. Regardless of my denial, I went and do the home pregnancy test and it turned out to be positive not even a minute after doing it! I was so shocked! I told my husband and he laughed.
At that time, I was thinking how impossible it is even though I've read about other women who continued to have their period even though they're pregnant. I was assuming myself to be at least a month or less pregnant when suddenly last Monday morning (28th October), my pantyliner was soaked with tea colored blood. I was afraid that I might miscarriage the baby and I quickly went to see my ob/gyn. I told him everything and he said he need to scan the baby first to make sure if I am actually pregnant. Up to that time, I 've done another 2 pregnancy test and it makes 3 of them and all of them are positive.
So, after applying the gel, my ob/gyn, Dr Lee from Dr JL Lee Women Specialist Clinic at MCMC started to scan and guess what? We had the surprise of our lives when the baby turn out to have heartbeat and it is very strong! When he measured the baby, it is 7 weeks and 6 days into gestation weeks. My jaw dropped and I said this couldn't be happening and Dr Lee said,"How can you tell this is not happening when you can see the baby's heartbeat blinking strong on the screen?". He gave me injection to prevent miscarriage and my husband and I was so happy with this newest addition to our brood.
And so my fellow reader, up til today, I feel so silly for not being able to realize about myself being pregnant. I noticed that I've gained some weight but I blamed it on Hari Raya celebration. Hahaha.. Thinking about this story, I can still feel the shock of knowing how far along pregnant I actually am! By the way, my EDD is on the 11 June 2013. Hopefully everything goes well, Insya Allah. Amin.

Tadika Pujut Miri Graduation Day 2012
Assalamualaikum w.b.t! Wow! It's been such a looooooooong time since my last post. Super busy, super tired, super lazy of typing. Hooked with the newest Lee Min Ho's Faith : The Great Doctor K-drama (only 2 episodes left). Anyway, yesterday was my 9th wedding anniversary. Will blog about it these few days. I just want to share the videos that I took during my 2nd and 3rd child's graduation day where they performed with their class on 2 Chinese songs (they studied in a Chinese kindy); Xing Fu De Lian and Wo Bu Shang Ni De Dang. These 2 songs are very cheerful and such a happy song that you couldn't help but to join in dancing. Hehehe.. Enjoy!

NEW BLOGGER INTERFACE SUCKS BIG TIME!
Waaa... after such a long time of not having posting anything in my blog, I was shock to see the new interface of www.blogger.com and I hate it so much! It's not user friendly and pointless. What's the purpose of changing the interface? Come on, Google people! You can do better than this. It sucks just like Facebook's Timeline. I really hate it. It makes posting harder and takes longer time to do anything.
HALAL GOLDEN CHURN
I laughed when I read this news because I've wrote 2 posts about BRUNEI HALAL GOLDEN CHURN before and for the record, I continued using Golden Churn butters that I bought for my baking, which are way much much cheaper than here from Malaysia. Besides, Brunei's Halal certification are known as one of the best among other countries in the world and I don't have any doubt about it. In Malaysia, yes. There are so many doubtful things because Malaysian are easily blinded by money, rank and power. My conclusion is that Malaysian authority and public needs to be educated more on this kind of matters. Not just making assumption and baseless accusation, without taking other people's / countries opinion and saying.

Golden Churn butter from New Zealand confirmed halal
KUALA LUMPUR: Golden Churn canned butter, previously declared by state religious authorities as non-halal, has been confirmed to be halal.
The company expressed gratitude to the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia — Jakim, Johor Religious Department and Sara-wak Islamic Religious Department for the successful verification inspection to the Ballantyne Foods Pty Ltd New Zealand factory.

“The inspection confirmed that the Golden Churn canned butter complies with Malaysian halal standard as per halal certificate issued by NZ Islamic Processed Food Management, an ap-proved halal body by Jakim,” Ballantyne Foods Pty Ltd said in a press statement yesterday.
The statement said the company had a proud heritage of providing quality butter to Malaysian consumers spanning over 100 years, saying quality was always a priority from the start to the end of all processes.
“The Ballantyne Company has always — and will always — highly respect our social responsibility to our Muslim consumers worldwide. As such the halal certification for our Golden Churn canned butter is a non-negotiable priority.”
With the successful verification process, Golden Churn canned butter is now available in the halal sections of all Malaysian food retail outlets. The verification process was carried out after state religious authorities declared the butter as non-halal after it was discovered to have purportedly contained pig DNA.
